Revanth Reddy Urges HUDCO to Grant Loans at Low Interest Rates

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy urged HUDCO Chairman Sanjay Kulshrestha to provide loans at lower interest rates for prestigious development projects initiated by the State government.
HUDCO Chairman met the Prime Minister in Hyderabad on Monday. During the meeting, the Prime Minister appealed to Sanjay to provide loans at low interest rates for the construction of prestigious projects (Bharat Future City, extension of Hyderabad Metro Rail, RRR and Radial Roads).
The Prime Minister briefed HUDCO Chairman about the construction of greenfield roads from Bharat Future City to Chennai via Bangalore and Amaravati, greenfield expressway to Bandar Port and bullet train.
He also brought to the attention of the HUDCO Chairman the issue of loan restructuring (loan restructuring) and the high interest rate on loans taken by the government in the past. The President responded positively to the issue of paying high interest on loans.
Considering the rapid growth of the state, Revanth Reddy demanded to provide loans at lower interest rates for new projects. HUDCO Chairman informed that Revanth Reddy loans have already been approved for Indiramma’s houses and also responded positively to immediate release of loans for construction of 10 lakh more houses.
On this occasion, he invited the HUDCO Chairman to attend the Global Summit to be held at Bharat Future City on 8th and 9th December.
