Stephen Hawking pictured in Epstein files with bikini-clad women sipping cocktails

A photo of late scientist Stephen Hawking relaxing on a sun lounger next to bikini-clad women emerged in the Epstein files.
The world-famous British theoretical physicist is seen lying down with a cocktail in his hand in the undated photo.
A family spokesman said the drink was balanced by one of two women in England who were his long-term carers. Times.
Professor Hawking, whose pioneering work on black holes and general relativity in the universe revolutionized modern cosmology, died in 2018, aged 76, after living with motor neurone disease for more than 55 years.
It is not known when the photo was taken, but it appears in recent documents released by the US Department of Justice as part of its investigation into sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Professor Hawking’s name appears hundreds of times in the Epstein files, but his mention in the documents does not indicate any wrongdoing.
Professor Hawking has previously been seen in photographs taken on Epstein’s Caribbean island, but no photographs of him and the convicted pedophile together are known to exist.
He was among 21 scientists who visited St Thomas and Epstein’s 75-acre private island, Little Saint James, in the US Virgin Islands for a science event.
In 2012, guests gathered to “discuss, relax on the beach, and take a trip to a nearby private island retreat” to “determine what, if any, consensus is for defining gravity,” according to the Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation.
Two years ago, court documents revealed that Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, told friends of his accuser, Virginia Giuffre, that she could offer a financial reward if they “help prove” that the apparent allegation that Hawking had attended an “underage sex party” was false.
A photo published in 2015 showed Professor Hawking in a wheelchair at an al fresco dinner at Little Saint James with several people.
Another photo shows the cosmologist cruising the island’s seabed in a submarine.
Epstein reportedly modified the underwater vessel to allow Prof Hawking to enter it.
