Yadgir Lions Club senior member and BJP leader Rachanagouda Mudnal celebrated the birth anniversaries of late former Chief Minister Atal Bihari Vaypayee, late former Minister Vishwanath Reddy Mudnal and late former MLA Veerabaswanth Reddy Mudnal by organizing a free health and eye examination camp at Wadagera town in Yadgir district on Thursday.
The camp was jointly organized by Lions Club Yadgir, VBR Multi Specialty Hospital Yadgir and Lions Hospital Maheboob Nagar.
Rachanagouda said, “350 people had free health and eye examinations. It was decided that 50 people would have free eye surgeries. The first batch, including 30 people, will be sent to Maheboob Nagar, and the remaining 20 people will be sent to the second batch.”
Lions Club President Bheemanagouda Kyatnal said that the club will organize free health check-up camps in the future even in major hobby centers and villages to provide health facilities to those in need.
Various mutt seers who spoke said that Rachanagouda Mudnal made the day most memorable by celebrating the senior leader’s birth anniversary by organizing a free medical camp and asked him to continue the legacy of the Mudnal family in public service.
