French President Emmanuel Macron to visit India in February for AI Impact Summit

Macron said, “Finally, let’s look at what we have achieved together, the achievements of French diplomacy last year, the Artificial Intelligence summit. The whole world came to Paris. We have made progress on this issue and co-chaired with Prime Minister Modi, and I will be in India next month for follow-up.”
The summit, scheduled to be held from February 19-20, will be the first global AI meeting held in the Global South, giving India the opportunity to help shape the future AI agenda for emerging economies. Officials said the event will chart a path to harness the transformative potential of artificial intelligence to serve humanity, promote inclusive growth, promote social development and foster human-centered innovations while protecting the planet.
