Madayipara row: BJP files complaint before court

The Bharatia Janata Party (BJP) filed a complaint before the Payyannur Magistrate Court, who was looking for a lawsuit against those accused of raising anti-Indian and anti-Indian and anti-Indian slogans during gathering in Madipara on September 5th and burning the Israeli flag.
BJP, claiming that the action damages religious emotions and insulted the nation, said the protest images circulated internationally through media organizations. The complaint demanded that the defendants be reserved under non -basic sections, including Bharatia Nyaya Nyaya Sanhita sections 196 (1), 153, 353 and 61 (2); Children’s Justice Law sections 75 and 83; Motor Vehicles Law Chapter 66; and Kerala Police Law Chapter 118 (E) (g).
The petition opened on September 15 was moved by lawyer Pinto Fredrick, the President of the Morcha Kannur North Region of the minority, Vice President of BJP Kannur Northern Region Vice President and Bhaskar Panicker on the instructions of KK Vinod Kumar, President of BJP Kannur Northern Region. The court accepted the complaint and directed the police to present a report on the issue until September 22nd.
