From farm to feast: traditional treats for the festival season

Dharani Agro farms in Kanikarai in Ramanathapuram have been full of activities for the last three weeks. Mechanical Engineer Rsrinivas made a bold career change in 2013 to maintain his passion for healthy and traditional foods. He launched Marabu Suvai in Thiruvanmiyur for organic and vegan food products. The brand has recently been re -branded as Kamarkat Srini and is known for its traditional Tamil Nadu candy made with Coconut and Jaggery.
