Full-time employment rates lower than national average

The national university, which stands for full -time employment, was Brisbane’s Charles Stur University, where 89.1 percent of graduates did a job in 2024.
Avondale University in NSW followed 88.1 percent.
Dr Angela Baker, the Social Research Center Training Center Training Center, said that post-pandemic gains in the university employment results slowed down, but the expectations for graduates were better than COVİD-19.
“This year’s findings show that the employment gains in the labor markets after foreplay dated 2022 and 2023 have started to become easier especially for undergraduate students in 2024,” he said.
“However, full -time employment rates are higher in all working levels than before 2020 and graduate salaries continue to rise annually.”

The research also emphasized a sharp and permanent gender gap in salary results for men and women who left the university, and in some cases the postgraduate men clarified about $ 20,000 more than female colleagues after finishing their work.
According to the survey, the median salary for graduate men studying health services and support was $ 19,400 more than a woman – $ 119,400 against $ 100,000.
Male licenses of the Information Processing and Information Systems earned $ 115,000 than $ 100,000, while male engineering graduate women earned $ 14,000 more than women ($ 114,000 against $ 100,000).
However, former Swinburne student Zuzanna Kaczynska is satisfied with the post -university result. The 23 -year -old Queensland government did not even finish his degree when he was offered a graduate position.
Kaczynska has now completed an art license specialized in ethical, technology and computer science and loans to help the course in a job, including the internship organization.

“There was great importance to obtain experiences wherever possible,” he said. “Through ordinary and part -time works, through volunteering, I was part of the student network leaders to be included in Swinburne university clubs.”
He said that the university offers many practical opportunities to help to prepare for the labor force.
