Adam Peaty’s mother is believed to have found significant comfort in what appears to be an unexpected quarter amid the ongoing wedding invitation row.
Although the Olympic champion split from his former partner Eirianedd Munro three years ago, he and Caroline kept in regular contact and Caroline often spent quality time with Eirianedd and Adam’s grandson George, who was born in 2020. Caroline, 59, recently posted a loving message under her latest Instagram upload, which featured a series of photos from a relative’s wedding celebration.

She had formed a close bond with Eirianedd during Adam’s relationship with her, and they first met as young adults at Loughborough University.
