20 TMC MPs merging with NCP’: Kakoli Ghosh claims split, backs NDA under PM leadership – The Economic Times Video
Twenty rebel Trinamool Congress MPs met Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in New Delhi and demanded separate seating arrangements in the House. Rebel MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar said that the group, which claims to represent more than two-thirds of the TMC’s Lok Sabha strength, has decided to merge with the Nationalist Citizens Party and support the NDA. While TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee has urged him not to recognize any separate factions of the party, the Speaker is yet to decide on this demand.
