Gang of feral kids throw stones at swan before kicking defenceless animal to death in ‘senseless’ attack

A child’s gang died after a swan was ruthlessly attacked and later after a disturbing event, which was defined as ‘deliberate persecution’.
Desperate animal, Hampshire, targeted the Lake of Kano in Portsmouth, which was known to live here.

Despite running into a vet, female swan fell into their injuries and died after 24 hours.
Animal Recovery Charity Swan support confirmed that they were called to the lake after the incident and shared heart attacks on shocking scenes.
The charitable spokesman said: ‘We were called to a lake in Portsmouth after a deeply sad report of a deliberate persecution report against one of the settled swans.
‘Eyewitnesses told us that a group of children threw stones and stuck in Swan before they kicked and stigma again.
‘The power level used was clearly aimed at causing serious damage.

Surprisingly, it was reported that he was an adult that soon disappeared when he was approached by witnesses, and that his parents were sitting in front of the park.
“ We are definitely broken with what this Swan folded. The fear and pain that he should feel in such a meaningless and not provoked attack.

The charity, which confirms the death of the bird, added: ‘We share that he died with heavy hearts…

The attack created widespread anger and called for a stronger education in animal welfare and youth behavior.
Hampshire Constabulary confirmed that they were investigating the incident.
Force spokesman said: ‘We are aware of an incident in which two children reportedly attacked a swan in Canoe Lake on Monday, August 25 at around 21.00.
“ Swan has died since then. The questions continue. ‘
