Gang of small boat migrants from Iran and Iraq staying in taxpayer-funded Bournemouth hotel are jailed for 22 years for ‘ferocious and frighteningly violent’ machete attack on shop owner

An illegal migrant gang was imprisoned with the machete and an illegal immigrant gang that launched a high street attacking a shop owner.
Hana Hassan, 22; Yosef Shaban, 24; The 21 -year -old Osama Qadir and 28 -year -old Dawan Manik – all the Kurds from Iran and Iraq – came to England on small boats.
Four were part of a larger gang after a disagreement after a dispute.
In his shop in Bournemouth, Dorset targeted Kurd Kurwan Ali and targeted the sparks of ‘a wild and frighteningly violent attack’, causing one of the victims to be stabbed and left with a collapsed lung.
One of them lived in Hassan, Britannia Hotel. The accommodation financed by the taxpayer was the focal point of local protests during the summer.
One court heard that other immigrants were accompanied by four Kurds, but some were acquitted without accusing, and the two fled from the country.
Now they have been imprisoned for 22 years, judge Paul Dugdale says that their behavior is’ that we are in this country ‘is not what we are in this country and that their future is in all possibilities in the house office’.
Winchester Crown Court heard that the attack was watching a row in the Bar, which was just 200 meters away from the pier at the Bar on January 27, 2024.
The details of this were not explained to the court, because the two men who participated in Ahmed Omar and Rahel Omer fled the country shortly after the events of the following days.
In the picture, Hana Hassan lived in Britannia Hotel, which contained migrants who were the focus of taxpayers and local protests.
21 -year -old Osama Qadir, one of the illegal immigrant gangs imprisoned from the Pala attack
28 -year -old Dawan logic, Boscombe, Bournemouth, was imprisoned for participating in the attack on Dorset
The couple came with ten people in the shop of Kurwan Ali, including four defendants in Kurwan Ali’s shop two days later. Mr. Ali had three friends in the shop.
At that time there was a ‘wild and frightening violent attack’. Sepan Qasim, one of the victims, was stabbed twice, while a collapsed lung lived, while others were thrown during the attack, bruising and cuts.
Local business owners have not been seen since Omar and Omer, and it is believed that he had fled the country to Kurdistan to escape the justice system. They provided accommodation and work for the defendants.
It was confirmed that four were illegal immigrants from Kurdistan and came to England on inflatable boats.
Four Winchester Crown court accused of various crimes such as severe physical damage, severe disorder and severe weapons. The six defendants had acquitted before.
22 -year -old Hana Hassan was sentenced to 24 -year -old Yosef Shaban’s four -year prison, 21 -year -old Osama Qadir and 28 -year -old Dawan Manikik was sentenced to 28, five years in prison.
All four of them wore suits on the quay and showed little feelings during the penalty, followed by a nine -week hearing and will serve two -thirds of his detention.
Judge Dugdale said: ‘I have to punish them for various crimes caused by a serious incident of street violence on the Christchhurch Road in Boscombe.
A few days ago, it is clear that there was some kind of dispute in the Bar.
Ahmed Omar operated a series of stores serving the Kurdish community in the Boscombe region.
‘Kurwan Ali operated some shops in the same region serving the Kurdish community.
“It didn’t really evidence what the dispute between these two gentlemen was, but I certainly have no doubt that there was a dispute.
Apart from the Britannia Hotel in Bournemouth, the inhabitants gathered with signs of ‘illegal criminals’ and ‘Stop boats’.
Mr. Omar was a surprisingly young man at the age of 21. It was probably in the Kurdish community. He and two main men, including Rahel Omer.
After the dispute, there was a series of mobile phone calls between a few people working for Mr. Omar.
‘Prosecutor’s Office “troops rally” used the phrase and I have no doubt that the calls allow people to support Mr. Ali.
Twelve people went down the Christchhurch Road. Mr. Ali was three other people. Everyone who walked on this road knew something would happen.
“We don’t know if they know exactly if they know if there will be a few words and handshakes or if they know it will be a fight.
“It is clear that some of the group are aware that people are armed.
Böl Four of the defendants were aware that their weapons would be used. The logic and Kadir were armed with great macheys. Omar and Omer were armed with knives.
Mr. Ali had a knife, but that’s not completely relevant.
The four defendants in the Dock were secondary parties in the events, and I acknowledge that the injuries that caused Mr. Qasim would be caused by Omar and Omer.
‘The group had a rolling movement along the Christchhurch path, which was clear.
‘These defendants were sentenced after a nine -week hearing. I acknowledge that four are also good characters and relatively young. None of them were difficult prisoners.
All four had a very difficult background history and started their lives.
As part of the Kurdish community, they all grew up in Iran or Iraq. All four of them came to the country through unlawful ways. They all experienced traumatic events in their past.
These are serious events. The people of Boscombe only want to live their lives in peace and do not want such behaviors to take place.
‘People want to walk on the road without fear. This is not what we are in this country.
“ Causes fear in the community and people are afraid to go out. People who have such violence will have to cope with the consequences.
“ This is not a violent country. It is a country where people can walk freely on the street and we want to keep it in this way. ‘
