Indian billionaire Gautam Adani continues to acquire companies to expand the business empire. The PTI has now approved the acquisition of Adani Group, the Competition Commission of the Indian Trade Regulator (CCI).
What did CCI say
According to a release published by the regulator on Tuesday, the proposed combination is related to the acquisition by Jaiprakash LTD (AIDPL (AIDPL) or any other type of Adani Group by Jaiprakash LTD (JAL) by Jaiprakash LTD (JAL) by Jaiprakash LTD (JAL).
After a final decision on the interpretation of the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy Law (IBC) by the Supreme Court, it is compulsory to submit a decision plan by the relevant organization. The asset must shake the CCI head before it is voted by the Creditors Committee of the Company (COC) of the company within the scope of IBC.
Which other companies shook their heads approaching CCI?
Apart from the Adani Group, Dalmia Bharat’s suggestion for a blinds was cleared by the regulator. Vedanta Group, Jindal Power and PNC Infratech, including various other companies, CCI’yi JAL COC’ye relevant solution plans to cope.
