Bihar Election 2025 LIVE: Second phase campaign ends, polling in 122 seats on November 11

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday, November 9, 2025, claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah can go anywhere but will eventually be caught “due to their indulging in poll chori”.

Addressing a poll rally in Bihar’s Kishanganj, Mr Gandhi also alleged that the BJP and RSS were trying to divide the country while the INDIA bloc was trying to unite the country.

“Modi, Shah and the Election Commission have no answer to our allegations of ‘vote kori’ (vote theft) because the truth has now come out before the people… Prime Minister, Shah… they can go wherever they want, but sooner or later they will be caught for their indulgence in ‘vote kori’,” the former Congress leader alleged.
