Group booked for obstructing Excise Inspector, staff during raid

It was claimed that a consumption inspector and his team were blocked by a gang while conducting an enforcement raid in Quthbullapur, Ayodhya Nagar late on Saturday night. The police filed a lawsuit.
According to a officer, Ch. Forbidden and Consumption Inspector Kotamma from Nampally claimed that he had reached the region on 16 August 22:35, followed by his staff about Ganga and mixed oil activity. “In arrival, hemanth, Nithish, Ravi Teja, Charan, and a group of individuals defined as a few people. When questioned about their existence, the group is said to prevent civil servants and staff from fulfilling their duties,” he said.
Following the complaint, a lawsuit was filed within the scope of the section 132 of Bharatia Nyaya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 3 (5) chapter 3 (5).
