Girl, 13, confirmed dead after getting into difficulty in sea | UK | News

After a Gulf of Whitley had difficulty in sea, a girl died. 13 -year -old Edie Smart was rescued from the water near the beach of the North Tyneside town four days ago. The police were invited to reports for a girl’s welfare just before 17:00 on July 24th.

After withdrawing from the sea, Edie from the Monkeaton neighborhood of the city was taken to hospital despite the best efforts of the medical officials who died on Monday, July 28.

Northumbria Police Said Edie’s next relative is supported by specially trained civil servants.

“This is an extremely tragic event and the deepest condolences to Edie’s family and friends.”

He said that specially trained civil servants will continue to provide the family’s support at the moment.

Ms. Smith added: “We want their privacy to be respected when they start to deal with the loss of their loved ones.”

The Northumbria police asked the family to continue to respect this “destructive” time to the family’s privacy and to respect their wishes.
