A representative for Phypers told the Daily Mail: ‘Phypers, who owns and copyrights all the content of Denise Richards’ OnlyFans account and brings in $250,000 a month, has zero dollars for basic living expenses, let alone the ability to hire legal representation for a fair hearing.

Last month, Phypers accused Richards of being ‘abusive’ in their relationship.
On September 15, Phypers responded to previous allegations of domestic violence, for which a restraining order was issued in July because she claimed her 52-year-old partner had “repeatedly abused” her during their six-year marriage.
He denied the allegations and denied the allegations, according to court documents obtained by People magazine.
He said in the documents: ‘There is no need for such orders because I have not and will not abuse her.’
She also claims that her ex-girlfriend “frequently” calls and texts her and her father.
She claimed: ‘He also asked other family and friends to ask me to call him frequently and for this to be considered harassment, to show that he was not afraid of me and that he was the aggressor.’

Elsewhere in the documents, referring to an alleged incident on August 3, he said: ‘He entered the living spaces of other family members in an aggressive and forceful manner, including my brother’s room (which he recorded), violated her privacy rights and looked into her personal belongings.
‘Denise violently smashed my mobile phone, put it in a bin which I buried under rubbish bags and then lied and claimed she hadn’t taken my phone.’

The couple married in 2018 in a beach ceremony that aired on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Phypers, who filed for divorce in July following what was described as an explosive argument, has previously described the harassment allegations as ‘fake’.
Over the summer he said: ‘Sad. I abandoned him to the world in front of everyone and he is angry, so how will he retaliate? Submit a fake abuse claim.’
