US visa order: US Secretary of State Marco Rubio doubled down on the US visa stance, saying no one is entitled to a US visa. Speaking at the press conference, he said that a visitor’s visa could be revoked if it is determined that he or she is engaging in activities that threaten US national interests.
The US State Department shared a video with Rubio’s words on its official X account.
“MINISTER RUBIO: I’ve said this many times. I don’t know why it’s so hard for some to understand. No one has the right to a visa,” the post said.

The statement said, “If you come to our country as a visitor and engage in activities against the national interests of the United States, we will take your visa.”
Rubio reportedly made these comments during a speech at a joint press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

In January, the U.S. State Department announced it was canceling more than 100,000 visas, including thousands of student and specialty visas, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen homeland security and enforce immigration laws.
