Good riddance, Prince Andrew – I only feel sorry for Beatrice and Eugenie | Royal | News

For many, the long overdue news that the (former) Duke of York had chosen to fall to his sword, finally renouncing all his remaining titles and honors, was welcomed with great welcome. This was reportedly done on the orders of His Majesty the King, but many believe it was the Prince of Wales who called the shots. Hazza and Megs BEWARE! The list of lost titles and honors was added by Henry III of England in 1348. Included is a Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, an order of chivalry founded by Edward VIII.

In addition, Andy’s Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order (GCVO), which rewards distinguished personal service to the monarch, was also scrapped. It’s fair to say that Andy neither possesses the qualifications for chivalry nor has he done anything recently that proves to be of personal service to the Sovereign. Actually, quite the opposite.

Much of Andrew’s life was spent indulging in pleasure, but the continuation of his friendship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein beyond the point he publicly claimed was a fatal blow to his reputation.

There have been many reports of Andrew belittling, belittling, and belittling people. Rumors had been circulating for years about Andy’s self-indulgence and capacity for authority, but most people thought they could only shrug their shoulders at his antics.

Andrew was untouchable for easily understandable reasons, and he clearly felt entitled to exploit him to the fullest whenever the mood took him.

On a human level and under other circumstances, few people with such an extreme sense of entitlement are tolerated, and society at large has a funny habit of leveling the playing field.

And while the loss of their titles somehow levels the playing field, the magnitude of the absurdity surrounding it is enough to make one dizzy.

Now we come to the Fergie thing. Even though she had been divorced from Andy for years, she seemed quite happy living with him for most of that time. This shows that they were and remain an ideal fit, at least as friends.

And those are heavily damaged goods!

Fergs was a top-notch clown when it came to his infamous topless dalliance and toe sucking, and even if he and Andy had broken up, he shouldn’t have been so openly complicit in such pranks.

Then there was the money Fergie gave him access to the Andy scandal. Ferguson subsequently received £15,000 from Epstein to help him manage his debts.

One also has to ask what the former Yorks are doing running around in their 30-bedroom Royal Lodge Windsor mansion? And now we hear Andrew has paid ZERO rent for 22 years.

To add insult to injury, if he decides to leave it will cost the Crown Estate half a million pounds, which he has made clear he will not be doing any time soon!

Of course, one of the many tragedies is that Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie had to endure these shameful antics, neither of whom deserve to suffer in the first place.

His uncles and extended family will offer a solid base of support, but Andrew will be doing himself a huge favor and may even salvage some self-respect if he downsizes and abides by the King’s wishes.

Wishful thinking, don’t you agree, Possums?

All in all, Andy and Fergie’s downfall is welcome news and the hope is that they will disappear quietly. Good riddance, right?
