Graham Linehan claims he was arrested at Heathrow Airport for posts about trans people
Father Ted Joint Creator Graham Linehan said he was arrested at Heathrow Airport for a series of tasks for transsexual people.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that a man in their fifties was arrested on suspicion of violence in the social media platform X (Twitter) at 13:00 on Monday at 13:00.
They did not confirm the identity of the figure, but after the police were detained, he was worried about the health of the officers and was taken to hospital.
His situation was neither life -threatening nor changing life, and now he continued to expect more investigations.

Linehan is tried on Thursday for two separate charges at the Westminster Magistrate Court. One is about harassing transsexual activist Sophia Brooks on social media, and the other is to damage Mrs. Brooks’s mobile phone in October. He rejected the charges at a hearing on May 12th.
A Met Police Spokesman said: “On Monday, September 1 at 13:00, the officers arrived at a American Airlines flight and arrested a man at Heathrow airport.
“The man in his fifties was arrested on suspicion of provoking violence. This is related to the tasks in X.
“After the police were detained, the officers were worried about their health and was taken to hospital. Neither life threatening nor changing life.
“Now he’s continuing to expect more investigations.”
In response to Linehan’s allegation that he had been arrested by armed officers, the force said: “The arrest was made by the officers.
