Grant Clifford Brett Weeks charged with careless driving, failing to stop, stealing and drug offences

A 23-year-old man has been granted bail on a string of driving and drugs charges.
Grant Clifford Brett Weeks appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court charged with being the driver of a vehicle that failed to comply with instructions to stop in Mandurah last Friday.
Other Mandurah driving charges relating to December 22 include having no authority to drive, careless driving and operating a vehicle with a forged, duplicate or counterfeit number plate.
Mr. Weeks was charged with possession of methylamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing on Jan. 8 in Lakelands.
He is also accused of burglary on Dec. 30 in Greenfield and Dec. 31 in Golden Bay.
The matter will be referred to the Mandurah Magistrates Court on January 30 for legal advice. No requests were entered.
Judge Janelle Scutt ordered Mr. Weeks released on conditional bail and a $1,000 personal recognizance.
