Delhi authorities have taken major action against the ‘deadly’ wave of air pollution crisis in the national capital. Some measures under GRAP 4 restrictions are now considered under GRAP 3 due to the AQI exceeding the 300 limit as approved by the Commission on Air Quality Management (CAQM).

CAQM said in a post on X:’CAQM revised the GRAP scheme on 21.11.2025 to make it more stringent and thus prevent further deterioration of air quality in Delhi-NCR; ‘Full details of the revised GRAP program (November 2025) can be accessed on the Commission’s official website.’
Which measures of GRAP 4 will be brought into the scope of GRAP 3?
- NCR state governments / GNCTD will take a decision to allow public, municipal and private offices to operate with 50% power and the rest to work from home.
- The Central Government may take appropriate decision to allow employees in central government offices to work from home.
