Groww’s public offering news: Groww floats Rs 6,632.3 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) for public subscription on November 4, 2025. The three-day bidding window will remain open until Friday, November 7. Ahead of its IPO launch, the company has raised Rs 2985 crore from anchor investors on November 3, 2025.

Groww IPO: Issuance Structure

The offering includes a fresh issue of Rs 1,060 billion and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 5,572.30 billion, taking the total issue size to Rs 6,632 billion.

Groww IPO Subscription Status, GMP – Day 1

The Groww public offering on Day 1 of the auction was subscribed 0.57 times in total. Retail Individual Investors (RII) were fully subscribed 1.91 times. The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment was subscribed 0.59 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) segment received 0.10 responses. The second day of the tender process will continue on November 6.

Groww IPO Price Range

The price range of the issue has been fixed between Rs 95 and Rs 100 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 150 shares and in multiples of 150 thereafter. This means retail investors will need a minimum investment of Rs 15,000 to bid for a lot at the upper price limit.

Groww IPO: Allocation and listing history

The allocation basis is expected to be completed on Monday, November 10. Repayments are expected to start the next day, that is, Tuesday, November 11, and the shares will be deposited into maturity accounts on the same day. Groww shares are expected to list on NSE and BSE on Wednesday, November 12.
