The Daily Mail has contacted HBO for comment.
The trio beat out more than 32,000 children who auditioned for the seven series, which will air around Christmas 2026.
Earlier this week, HBO released a first-look trailer for the highly anticipated series; This confirmed that the series will be released this Christmas.
What delighted fans was that the series arrived sooner than initially expected, after previous reports suggested a 2027 release window.
The series is now scheduled to premiere on HBO in Christmas 2026 and will be available exclusively on HBO Max in supported regions, including the recently launched Germany, Italy, the UK and Ireland.
The newly released trailer tells the beginning of Harry’s story, from being mistreated by his family, the Dursleys, to meeting the friendly half-giant Hagrid before arriving at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
It also hints at previously unseen moments, including scenes where Harry attends a Muggle school.
At the beginning of the trailer, Harry’s Aunt Petunia is heard insisting that there is “nothing special” about him.
But everything changes when he receives his Hogwarts acceptance letter on his 11th birthday; The door to a secret world full of friendship, adventure and magic opens.
However, this new life brings danger; Harry is forced to face a powerful enemy tied to his past.

The first look trailer comes just a day after HBO revealed its first official visual, showing the young wizard getting ready to take off for a game of Quidditch.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting details about the series, and an official photo from the Harry Potter Instagram account has given fans a glimpse of what’s to come.
In the photo, Harry was seen from behind; The hero was wearing a Gryffindor Quidditch jersey with ‘POTTER 7’ written on the back.
The Nimbus 2000 broom is partially visible as Harry moves towards banners bearing the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff colors.
Meanwhile, a banner reading ‘Fred and George’, possibly a reference to the Weasley twins, is also on display.
One person commented: ‘This looks better than I could have imagined!’
Another wrote: ‘I’m officially passed out. ‘Someone help me.’
A third wrote: ‘I’m so excited I can’t focus on anything else.’
A fourth chimed in: ‘Potterheads everywhere, let’s go.’
A fifth said: ‘I’m not crying… you’re crying.’
Although this is the first official photo, fans have previously seen numerous photos leaked over the past few months.
The first of these was scenes in July 2025, when Dominic and other stars were filming at London Zoo.
