Harry Potter Series on HBO Teaser Out

According to Deadline, the announcement was made at a special event held in London during the launch of HBO Max in the country. The name of the series is ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’, similar to the name of the first film outside the United States. It will be released worldwide on HBO Max on Christmas Day this year. The two-minute-nine-second teaser offers glimpses of key characters including Harry, Ron, Hermione, Draco, Snape and Hagrid. It shows Harry being bullied at school before discovering the magical world. Hagrid suddenly said to him: “Your mother and father were the bravest, kindest people I have ever met… they stood up for what they thought was right… The next time I see you, you’ll be at Hogwarts.” Ollivander also says to Harry: “Mr. Potter, I think we can expect great things from you.” take a look

Previously, HBO shared the first image of Harry Potter, played by Dominic McLaughlin, wearing the Gryffindor cloak and heading towards the Quidditch field.

The series features a new cast, including Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley. Also starring are John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, Janet McTeer as Professor McGonagall, Paapa Essiedu as Snape, and Nick Frost as Hagrid. The show was written by Francesca Gardiner and directed by Mark Mylod. It is based on JK Rowling’s popular book series and is backed by a team of experienced producers. The series can be watched on HBO Max in many countries, including the UK, Ireland, Germany and Italy.
