Hastie and other anti-liberal Antics

Editor-in-chief Michelle Pini takes an inside look at the Far Right takeover, simmering beneath the Liberal Party’s “civilized broad church” façade.

It’s fair to say that the differences between the two major parties have, more recently, been about whether you believe in more or less government intervention in economic and social policies.

To be sure, the election was not about one traditionally Left-leaning major party versus the other traditionally Left-leaning major party that was once Right-leaning and is now engaged in what can politely be described as a farcical frenzy.

If you think that’s an exaggeration, consider the chief advocate of unseating the current Liberal Party Leader. Susan Ley, Andrew Hastie.

This pattern of violence is increasing.

How did we get here?

Most of our intellectual class no longer believes in Western values.

What can we do about this?

First of all, we need to fight for our Western ideas and values.

There is great power in kindness, moderation and gentleness.

Third, the radical left is evil and will use violence to win.

Let’s stop pretending to have good intentions.

We must be tough and alert in the upcoming competition.

Finally, we need to be brave and courageous.

Although now is not the time to hide bullets are being fired in our friends.

Our movement needs to grow, and we must speak the truth about the challenges ahead.

We all have a responsibility in the struggle ahead.

If we do not act, the West will continue to decline.

So, according to Hastie, Kirk’s death was, ironically, a war against Western civilization, not at the hands of a crazed right-wing assassin armed with a firearm that Kirk repeatedly stated should be freely used by all.

It is difficult to gauge whether the aforementioned 22-year-old shooter was aware that he was destroying the entirety of Western civilization as depicted by an Apostle.

However, it appears that the Far Right alternative Liberal Leader Hastie, Kirk, Apostle Pauland his killer an “evil” agent of the “radical Left.”

‘How did we get here?’ Hastie asks, but he doesn’t say that “we” came here because bullets are fired from guns and that walking around with guns in America is a “democratic right.”

No, according to Hastie, Kirk’s death was caused by:

An extremely reasonable explanation!

For those unaware of Maga-supporting Charlie Kirk’s preaching style, his “lasting legacy” including things like:

This seems to be the “model” of “integrity” and “innate honor.” I wonder, Kirk.it engaged young hearts and minds’.

In addition to trying to turn his racist, bigoted idols into martyrs, Hastie’s other interests include the fight against immigrants, same-sex marriage, and pronoun use. It appears their royal annihilation at the last election has not deterred the remaining far-right Liberal faction from following suit and trying to influence Trump’s dominance of Australian politics.

And there’s no need to dig too deep into the culture wars being staged in the Liberal Party’s own party rooms to find more cooks.

Can we present South Australia? ‘high-ranking faction warlord‘Senator Alex Antic.

Antic is also Pentecostal, anti-vaxxer, and climate denier, as well as anti-immigration, anti-abortion, and strongly opposes “woke” views on gender and sexuality. Currently actively recruiting ‘God-fearing conservatives’ Joining him in politics in what was called “Alex’s army”.

But before dismissing him as unimportant, it may be worth noting that Antic was successful in unseating South Australia’s former Liberal frontrunner. Anne Ruston to win the top spot on the party’s Senate ticket.
