‘Heated Rivalry’ star Hudson Williams opens up about his fitness, diet, skincare, and supplements secrets, here’s how you can do it too

Hudson Williams is a Canadian actor, writer, and director, best known for his role as Shane Hollander in the Crave series Heated Competition (2025). Born in Kamloops, British Columbia, he grew up playing basketball and practicing mixed martial arts, and earned an acting certificate.
Diet and skin care
Williams swears by green leafy vegetables to maintain clear skin. “When I leave, I eat a ton of kale, arugula salad, and keep spinach in the freezer,” she said. Her routine includes drinking thick green smoothies filled with greens, fruits, protein powder, collagen and PBfit for two days in a row. “This repairs my skin better than anything else. It’s the fastest way to get even skin.”
Her skin care routine is equally methodical. He showers twice a day. She usually washes her face with water and silicone finger cleansers in the morning, and according to Korean skin care techniques, she limits her cleanser use to twice a week. Shampooing is only done once or twice a week, and conditioner is the focus. She relies on SPF 50 for sun protection.
Williams also takes her hair care seriously. Once a week, she uses a derma stamp microneedling tool on her hairline, along with daily Rogaine, castor oil, and a red light helmet every other day, citing fears of hair loss. Lip care is another priority.
Physical education
Williams’ gym routine ranges from three to five sessions per week, depending on his schedule. Although she tried upper-lower leg splits, full body exercises to effectively hit all major muscle groups. Sessions last less than an hour, and cardio usually comes from boxing.
“My main goal is to grow,” he said.
supplements
Williams takes a thoughtful approach to supplements. He consumes two spoons of creatine monohydrate every morning for energy and muscle support. It also gets potassium to remove excess salt, EPA (an omega-3) for skin hydration, vitamin B12 and AG1 for a healthy glow.
