Jaishankar set to visit China for SCO meet; possible visit by Wang to India later this month

Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, Friday, July 4 on Friday, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to participate in a floor will visit China around July 13 will visit.

The ties between the two countries would have a first visit to China after the 2020 military stance during the real control line (LAC) in East Ladakh.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi can visit India this month to have a new interview under the Dialogue of the Special Representatives (SR) on NSA Ajit Doval.

In December he visited NSA Doval Beijing and held his SR talks with Mr. Wang. Mr. Doval visited China last month for the meeting of the best security guards of SCO member Nations.

The above mentioned people said that the Foreign Minister would travel to Beijing to meet with Mr. Wang before going to Tianjin to complete the SCO Foreign Ministers to be held on 14 and 15 July.

Mr. Jaishankar’s visit takes place less than three weeks after his departure to the Chinese port city Qingdao to attend the SCO Defense Ministers Conference by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.

China is the current president of SCO and hosts the meetings of the grouping in this capacity.

The military hearing in Eastern Ladakh began in May 2020 and a deadly conflict in the Galwan Valley in June was seriously forced in the vineyards between the two neighbors.

Demchok and DESang ended effectively after the completion of the separation process within the scope of an agreement that resulted in the last two friction points on October 21st.

The decision to revive the SR mechanism and other other dialogue formats was taken at a meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping on October 23rd.

The Modi-XI meeting arrived two days after India and China made a separation agreement for DEPANG and Demchok.

In the last few months, India and China have initiated a series of measures to repair binary bonds.

Last month, the two sides continued Kailash Manasarovar Yatra after about five years of gap.
