“It is terrible to see that all these people are bombed and to hear all these stories. We have to do something about it. If we remain silent, it could be again.”

The uranium bomb instantly killed approximately 78,000 people, and at the end of 1945, the number of dead, including exposure to radiation, reached approximately 140,000. On August 9, the United States left Nagasaki a second atomic bomb.
