HMSI Brings Road Safety Awareness to Vijayapura, Karnataka

Vijayapura: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) took the road safety awareness campaign to Vijayapura and his students St. Joseph’s School and Chinmayi influenced the English Medium School. The initiative with the participation of more than 2300 students aimed at strengthening the culture of responsible road use through structured education and interactive learning.

The program emphasized the importance of early education in shaping future rider and citizens. Students were introduced to the practical aspects of road safety, including the right use of helmets, commitment to traffic signals, pedestrian discipline and risk expectation in real world cases. HMSI encouraged participants to see participants as a life practice that protects both individuals and communities, not as a regulation of security.
Thanks to such campaigns, HMSI is trying to address one of the urgent needs of instilling a responsibility mentality on the road among young people.
