Bryan is currently being held in the Lane County Jail without bail. According to records, he is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, December 3.
The actor’s fiancee, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, was also arrested and sent to the same prison. Jail records show he faces five charges, including one count of DUI, three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of attempted first-degree assault. (Cartwright remains in custody as of Sunday, November 30.)
It’s unclear whether Bryan or Cartwright have legal representation who could comment on their behalf.

In a police report obtained by PEOPLE, the arresting officer said a woman involved in the incident stated that she was “assaulted” by Bryan and that the two “lived together and had children in common.”

The woman he allegedly strangled was Cartwright, with whom he shares three children, daughter Kennedy and twins Parker and Sequoia.
