Hornsby, NSW: Teenage boy rushed to hospital after train station stabbing

A teenage boy was taken to hospital following a stabbing at a Sydney train station on Sunday.
According to NSW Police, officers were called to Hornsby railway station at around 4.30pm and located the child “with a wound on his chest”.
“He was treated at the scene by NSW Health officers before being taken to hospital for further treatment,” a police spokesman said.
“While the police launched an investigation into the incident, the crime scene was identified.”

Investigators searched for anything with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
The suburb of Hornsby is located on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, approximately 23 km northwest of the CBD.
