According to local health officials, the strike follows the previous attacks that killed 10 people on August 24 and wounded over 90.

Since the conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, the Houthis often fired the missiles to Israel and targeted commercial ships in the Gulf of Red Sea and Aden, claiming to act to support Palestinians. In response, Israel carried out air strikes in areas controlled by Houthis in Yemen.
