Parents Urge Govt To Establish PG Medical Colleges Across The State

Nellore: In a appeal to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Medicine and Medicine, the Andhra Pradesh Parents Association officially requested the immediate establishment of State Graduate (PG) Medical Colleges throughout the state.
The Association presented a letter that emphasizes the terrible need for PG Medical Education Opportunities for students from poor and middle -class backgrounds.
The state government calls for the establishment of PG Medical Faculties to the Central Government and the National Medicine Commission (NMC).
The letter emphasizes that after completing MBBS, students have found important career opportunities only if they continue their graduate medical education.
However, the existing PG medical seat presence in Andhra Pradesh is critically low by 1: 4, which indicates that there is only one PG seat for every four MBBS graduate.
Parents say that the National Medicine Commission has begun to allow PG Medical Colleges, even without connected undergraduate (UG) colleges, and creates a unique opportunity for the state to move quickly.
They also call on the state government to transform all regional hospitals into training hospitals for PG courses with at least 200 beds.
This will not only create hundreds of PG seats, but also argue that it will help protect talented medical graduates within the state, otherwise it will be forced to seek opportunities or give up their education.
Considering the potential benefits to both public health and medical education, the Parents Association strongly calls the government to give priority to the future of thousands of students who deserve these institutions at the earliest.
