Human remains found in Westmeadows as Victoria police arrest man over Joshua Bishop’s disappearance

The police discovered human remains at Westmeadows house as part of Joshua Bishop’s suspicious disappearance, who disappeared from Sunbury a month ago.
The 23 -year -old boy was recently seen by his roommate in Sunbury at 9.30 on May 27th and was reported to be missing by his mother two days later and asked his family a large -scale search and public objections.
Detectives, on Saturday, where the ruins were in Westmeadows, a search order at a property in Erinbank Crescent.
The ruins have not yet been officially defined and a criminal local area of a large criminal unit was established.
A 27 -year -old Westmeadows man was arrested at the scene and is expected to be interviewed about the remains. At this stage, no accusation was made and the investigation is directed by the staff of the missing persons and calls for everyone who has knowledge to the police to contact with criminal stops.
The police had previously watched Mr. Bishop’s phone in a park in Broadmeadows the night when he disappeared, but he could not find any traces there.
The phone and bank accounts have not been active since disappeared. Abandoned White Toyota Corolla was discovered by researchers on Ridley Street in Albion on June 4, but friends believe that the car may have been stolen, even if the official theft report was not made.
Mr Bishop’s parents made a public objection that fragmented for help by defining the disappearance of the disappearance as completely out of character. “We want him to know that we love him, we are here for him,” said his father Travis. “We all pray to be safe only. We hurt … We do not deal with.”
“We had a really good relationship. This is not something to do unless we felt to do. This is just out of character.”
At the beginning of this month, the detectives said that Mr. Bishop was involved in criminal activities before disappearing, but they emphasized that the case appeared more and more suspicious as more time passes without information.
The investigation continues and continues to object to everyone with police information to come to the fore.
