US President Donald Trump arrived in Israel amid a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Gaza and was welcomed by President Netanyahu in the Knesset House on Monday. Both leaders shared the stage in the Israeli parliament, where Netanyahu thanked the US President for his “significant leadership” in meeting all objectives and ending the war.
Speaking in the Israeli Parliament, Netanyahu said, “President Trump, we invite you here for your important leadership on the proposal that has the support of the whole world. A proposal that will bring all our hostages home. A proposal that will end the war by meeting all our goals…”
He also added that Donald Trump is Israel’s biggest friend in the White House.
