Husband of WA woman accused of abusing their kids threatens to kill judge

Levy called the last -minute trial on Thursday morning to address the issue with state prosecutors and Kelly’s lawyer, and asked if they thought it was appropriate for him to ‘withdraw his’ withdrawal’ because of the incident.

“If he doesn’t take you out, I’ll get some friends to do something,” he said on Thursday.

Later, it was claimed that he followed the call to the court stating that he was “extremely sad for his words, but later he wrote that he wanted the letter to withdraw while he was looking for legal advice.

“The threat is actually a threat to kill me,” the judge said.

The court told Jacob Kelly to his wife that he was still “three more states ve and would be pregnant.

The court said that Kelly had previously had a double mastectomy and suffered people of breast cancer.

He will be sentenced to the issue he includes his children on Monday.
