Husband shot wife before suicide in Harvard
HARVARD, Illinois (WTVO) — Harvard police have ruled the shooting death of a married couple found dead in a car last month a murder-suicide.
According to the Harvard Police Department, an officer found the car with its hazard lights on in the 700 block of North Division Street on Monday, Oct. 6, around 11:52 p.m.
Police teams found the couple’s bodies during their investigation.
Rachel Dumovich, 29, and Brandon Dumovich, 30, of Sharon, Wisconsin, died of gunshot wounds to the head, the McHenry County Coroner said.
Last week, the Harvard Police Department said its investigation determined Brandon shot Rachel before killing himself.

“Our thoughts are with the families and everyone affected by this tragedy,” the police department said.
