Project costs and risks are shared among the government and private developers within the scope of the Ham.

Typically, 40 percent of the project cost is covered by the government during the construction, while 60 percent are deposited by the developer who recovers on fixed annual income payments, interest and operation and maintenance (O&M) fees for 10 years.

Authorities say that the deployment of the gambon to municipal projects will be a game exchanger and that sustainable financing, timely execution and long -term maintenance without overloading local organs will provide.

The large financing pool is mobilized with Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Urban Infrastructure Development Fund and a mixture of Amrut 2.0. AIIB offers 70 percent of the project cost as a grant financing. Currently, Giddalur supports Chimakurthy and Kanigiri municipalities.

UIDF is a national housing bank initiative that provides grant -based financing with zero reimbursement burden for urban local organs. Kandukuru, Kavali and Nellore Corporation already finance projects.

Amrut 2.0 is a central state initiative that covers credit repayment and does not provide direct financial burden on local organs.
