Hyderabad’s Industrial Areas Have Water Backup: Officials

Haydarabad: After the last explosion in a pharmaceutical factory in Pashamysam, concerns about how quickly water can be given to the industrial areas of Haydarabad during the fire emergencies. However, the Hydarabad metropolitan water supply and the Authorities from the Sewerage Board (HMWS & SB) say that the city is well prepared with filling stations a few minutes after important industrial generations.

Balanagar Industrial Zone, which hosts several small and medium -sized enterprises, is presented with three large water filling stations – Fatehnagar, Moosapet and Bharatnagar. HMWSSB Balanagar Manager Anil Kumar said, “Only 3 km away, Fatehnagar is the closest. Tankers can reach Balanagar industries in 10 minutes,” he said. “Water is stored in Lingampal from Borewells and placed in waiting for additional tankers during emergencies,” he said.

Cherlapalli’s industrial center, filling stations in Radhika (Rao Nagar) are better positioned with Moula Ali and Hebiguda in a 6 km radius. V. Sandeep V. Five months ago, we sent six tankers from Radhika and Moula Ali during 15 minutes during a chemical factory fire in Ida Cherlapally, “Five months ago.

Bachupal, although only served by one filling station, has industries within 2-4 km. Regional official Soumya Gayathri, “usually we reach within 15 minutes. Traffic can slow us, while the distance is not a problem,” he said. O&M Division 22 General Manager N. Subbarayudu said, “Both Bachupally and Bollararam regions close to our stations and tankers can reach in 10-15 minutes in emergencies.”

Industrial units in Nacharam benefit from the nearby filling stations: Moula Ali, Tarnaka, Uppal and Hebiguda. Nacharam Regional Manager Mohammad Sirajuddin, “Moula Ali is only 3 km away from the Industrial Zone. We provide the tankers immediately during any incident.” He said.

While the explosion in Pashamylaram increases the examination, the authorities argue that the water source to the industrial areas of Hyderabad is productive and reliable during crisis times with strategically placed filling stations and fast distribution protocols.
