Vietnam tourist boat capsizes in Halong Bay, killing 27

The state media reported that at least 27 people died after a tourist boat in stormy weather in the Gulf of Halong, Vietnam.
The boat carrying 53 people approached the country in the South China Sea as the Storm Wipha was overthrown on Saturday until 14:00.
Media reports said that Wonder Sea Boat carried 48 passengers and five crew members during the Gulf Gulf of Halong.
Strong winds, heavy rainfall and lightning were reported in the region.
Local newspaper Vnexpress reported that most tourists are from the capital Hanoi.
While the emergency teams continued to look for survivors, there was no official announcement about the nationality of tourists.
The Vietnam News Agency, operated by the state, said that it referred to local authorities.
A 14 -year -old child was reported to be among the survivors and rescued four hours after he was trapped in the overturned body.
Halong Bay, about 200 km northeast of Hanoi, attracts tens of thousands of visitors every year.
The boat tours are very popular.
Storm Wipha, the third Tayfun that hit the South China Sea this year, is expected to go ashore on the northern coast of Vietnam at the beginning of next week.
The air connected to the storm also broke the air travel.
Noi Bai Airport said that nine flights were directed to other airports and that three flights were temporarily grounded on Saturday.
