On November 16, the actor shared a note on his Instagram account with the impersonator’s WhatsApp details.
He wrote: “I wanted to flag something a few people brought to my attention today. Someone is pretending to be me on WhatsApp, using my photos and messaging photographers about ‘photo shoots’. That’s not me. I don’t reach out that way and I don’t use any personal numbers for business. Everything always happens through my team.”

He also added, “Please be careful and do not interact with this number. If you encounter anything strange, let my team know. Thank you to everyone who has my back, is protective and kind.”
Reacting to the post, Kusha Kapila commented, “I can’t copy your Gaja Gamini moves” and “Not the ones using your Instagram DP” followed by a laughing emoji.
