Consumer experts conducted a survey and then selected the best phone provider in the UK. There are numerous factors that determine whether a phone provider is a good or great phone provider, including network quality, customer service, and price. Most British there are smartphones nowand these devices have become much more than just communication devices. Many of us have come to rely on our phones for shopping, online banking, and even refilling prescriptions.
Therefore, a good network provider with a strong network and good customer service is something most phone users in the UK are concerned about. In a recent customer satisfaction survey, consumer group Which? It analyzed the various network providers available to customers in the UK to determine which was best. Experts examined topics such as network, customer service and value for money, as well as technical support, incentives and the speed and ease with which customers can contact. And none of the big four providers took the top spot.
Smarty topped the list with a customer score of 82%, beating out all the big names including Virgin, EE and O2. The provider’s cheapest offer costs just £6 a month and includes unlimited UK calls and messages, 5GB of data and a rolling contract that can be canceled at any time.
The provider also has plans that cost £8 per month and £10 per month. On its website, Smarty promises an easier way to get a phone plan compared to other providers. “Hidden fees, long contracts, price increases and misleading small print are definitely not nice,” he says.
“We are different. No smoke. No mirrors. No spin. We provide clarity through simplicity and straightforward plans and services – all at an affordable price.”
Smarty is powered by Three. However, Three Mobile only ranked 16th in the rankings. The results are based on a survey of 4,153 members of the public last year.

This means none of the biggest mobile providers in the UK make it into the top five in the rankings. The four largest mobile providers in the UK are EE Mobile, O2 Mobile, Vodafone Mobile and Three Mobile.
