IISER IAT 2025 Result: Details of the Exam
IAT was held in May 2025 in a computer -based test (CBT) format. The exam was made to accept the following programs:
5-year BS-MS (double degrees)
4 -year BS
4 -year BTECH
These programs are presented at IISERS in Berhampur, Bhopal, Calcutta, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Tirupati.
The test had 60 multi -choice questions divided equally between biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics. While each correct answer was given four signs, a sign was deducted for each wrong answer. The total duration of the exam was 180 minutes.

The IISERS consultancy registration process will start on June 26th at 17:00. Candidates’ academic preference forms on July 3 at 17:
According to the official website, “an entry proposal will be made according to the presence of seats for a particular round, the rank of the candidate in the exam, the preference presented by him and the category of the candidate.”
IISER IAT 2025 Result: Admission offer and response
Once an entry is made, the candidates will have the option to accept or reject the seat. Those who reject the offer or do not respond within the date of application will be disqualified from all other consultancy tours.
