Before heading into the jungle, Kelly told the Mail on Sunday: ‘I’ve got loads of different brands. I have a bunch of different bikinis with me, so we haven’t chosen what to wear in the forest yet.

The Kent-born beauty, who started her first modeling job at the age of 16, will turn 46 in Jungle.
Kelly insisted: ‘Yes, but it’s weird, what you’re portraying doesn’t match your spirit. The face, front and body do not fit the person. ‘I’m a clown inside!’

The radio presenter applied to a modeling agency while still in her teens and quickly became one of the biggest page three models in the UK.
Speaking on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, Kelly revealed that the swimsuit photo shoot in Portugal was her first job and that entering the industry so young made her “grow up really fast”.
Kelly said: ‘My first job was glamor modelling. It was a swimsuit shoot on a beach in Portugal, with no amateur photographers, or even professional photographers. They would pay to take pictures of you and your bikini. It was a job.”
When Elizabeth asked how that made her feel, Kelly said it was “pretty weird.”
‘I had to grow up very quickly. I went to school in London from the age of 11. “I used to ride the train every day and I was so grown up for my age,” he said.
‘I didn’t have a very good childhood in that respect. It was like going to school in London was a big deal and I didn’t have a chaperone or anything, so I always felt older than my age and quite mature for my years.
‘It was very disturbing to be sexualized in this way at such a young age. I’ve never felt like a sexy woman. I’m like a clown. I love making people laugh.
‘I like having eggs on my face, I’m a bit weird in that way, so being sexualized and seen as sexy was a bit of a weird thing that didn’t really resonate with my psyche. ‘My physical appearance and my soul are two different things.’
Kelly admitted that she never actively set out to pursue a career in glamor modeling but got into the business.
It all started after she won a beauty contest in which her mother participated. He soon became eager to earn money, hoping it would help with his life at home.
Kelly said he naively thought success and money would keep his parents from fighting and drinking excessively.
She said: ‘The swimsuit thing was actually something that came about through someone who knew my mother at the time, so it wasn’t something I necessarily pursued.
‘I signed up with a model agency since I was 16. It was a lady called Samantha Bond and she was into a lot of glamorous models.’
‘I couldn’t really get signed by a fashion agency back then because I was too curvy. I remember going to the agency in my school uniform and saying, “I won’t do page three and I won’t do topless, but I will definitely do underwear and swimsuits.”
‘I was very pleased with it and they set me up with a lot of different jobs. I’ve done pop videos, commercials and many more. ‘I worked hard for a few years, really enjoyed it and did pretty well.’
