One injured, truck bursts into flames after major collision in Dimboola

Two truck drivers, two trucks in a multi -vehicle collision in the west of Victoria, turned into flames after a lucky escape and left a part of the Western highway closed.

Emergency Services, about 330 km northwest of Melbourne, Dimboola’daki Western Highway, after the reports of the collision with two trucks on Sunday at 7.20 am.

During the accident, two B-Cift trucks took fire, one was swallowed in flames, and Billowing sent black smoke into the air.

One of the truck drivers was subjected to slight injuries on his upper body and the other truck driver was not injured.

The Western highway is closed between Dimboola-Rainbow RD and Borung HWY.

Victafic said, “Please follow the instructions of the traffic management and allow extra travel time,” he said.

Police launched an investigation into the cause of the collision.
