Earlier, speaking at the start of the weekly government meeting on Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had said that the visit would showcase the “special relationship” established between Israel and India in recent years, as well as his personal closeness with Prime Minister Modi.
“This week, the special relations that have developed in recent years between Israel and global power India and between me and its leader Prime Minister Modi will be highlighted. We are personal friends; we often talk on the phone and visit each other,” Netanyahu said. he said.
