Prince William cracks speed joke as he tries out mobility scooter | Lifestyle

The Prince of Wales wandered around the robotics lab on his mobility scooter during a visit to an academic center in Bristol on Thursday (January 22).
Prince William visited the Bristol Robotics Laboratory to see how technology is being developed to support the mental and physical health of the aging and disabled population.
The footage shows Prince trying out a prototype for Supersmith’s 3Scooter, which is scheduled to be released in the spring. He joked that the 4 mph top speed wasn’t fast enough for him.
During his visit, William was also shown body supports aimed at improving independent living by VIVO and SmartSocks® created by Milbotix, which tracks health data such as heart rate.
