What Virat Kohli says
After the Ranchi test in 2019, Virat Kohli provided the right to host the test matches aimed at attracting fans to the stadiums.
“We’ve been discussing this for a long time, and I think we must have five test centers,” Kohli, after the completion of the Ranchi test in 2019. “I mean, I agree. [with] State associations and rotation and game and all of these; This is good for the T20 and a day -old cricket, but the cricket test, teams coming to India ‘will play in these five centers, these are the fields we expect, these people will come to watch, crowds’.
“So this is already a challenge, when you leave your shores, because we go anywhere, we know that we have four test matches in these places, what this field will offer, will be a stadium, behind the crowd [home] The team and look, you want to keep the test jack alive and exciting. I completely agree with the fact that we need a maximum of five test centers.
