Indian-Origin Motel Manager Beheaded in US; Co-worker Held

Houston: After a dispute on a washing machine, a 50 -year -old Motel Motel manager was cut off in front of his wife and son in Texas.

The incident took place on Wednesday morning at the Downtown Suites Motel in Dallas.

According to the Dallas Police Department, Chandra Moouli Bob Nagamallaiah was killed after a conflict with a broken washing machine with his colleague Yorkdanis Cobos-Martinez.

37-year-old Cobos-Martinez was angry when Nagamallaiah asked another person to translate his instructions instead of direct addressing.

The surveillance images showed that Cobos-Martinez took a pala and attacked Nagamallaiah.

The sacrifice fled to the Motel office of his wife and 18 -year -old son, but the suspect followed him and carried out the attack despite his attempts to intervene.

In Houston, Cobos-Martine, which has previously had a criminal history, including auto theft and attack arrests, is kept without bonds. If he is convicted, he may face a prison of life without a conditional evacuation or death penalty.

Nagamallaiah, known as Bob to friends and family, was remembered as a loving husband, a devoted father and a gentle soul that touched the life of everyone he knew.

“This unimaginable tragedy was not only sudden, but deep traumatic.” He said.

“Bob’s life was taken in a ruthless attack in front of his wife and son, who tried to protect him bravely. The shocking nature of this event shook our community.”

Friends come together to support the family and the local Indian community.

A donation collection was established to help to meet funeral expenses, emergency life costs and university education of his son. Funeral services are planned for Nagamallaiah on Saturday.
