Delta Air Lines is making a significant change to its baggage warranty program, shortening the time passengers have to make a claim if their checked baggage is delayed.
The airline confirmed that passengers will now have just two hours after their plane arrives at the gate to make a claim for compensation.
Previously, passengers had up to three days to submit a request.
