Inox Clean Energy acquires 300 MWp of operational solar projects from SunSource Energy for ₹1,000 crore

SunSource is a wholly owned subsidiary of SHV Energy, a Netherlands-based multinational company focused on C&I customers. The projects, located in 13 states including Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra, operate through various special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and sell energy under long-term agreements (the weighted average tenure of their projects is 24 years) to C&I players in various sectors, including manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), power equipment, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
